I'm not in front of my rig right now but as memory serves, vertical screws are elevation and the others (facing firewall) are pitch, you should have both elevation and pitch for high & low reflector bowls.
Use caution when turning the adjusters, the other one is inward/outward pitch and you can pop the attachment point out of the socket if you go too far. It won't cause damage but you will have to split the case again to fix it. Measure the height of your projectors on the truck, likely 30-36" in...
I'm unfamiliar with the TRS harness as I used Slee's but it should be essentially the same. You jump into the circuit to trigger the curtain in the projector to drop. If you call Matt @ TRS he could certainly explain knowing his harness, he has seemed happy to help anytime I called.
The first link, Northern Star H-632 is the one I found closest to the Mori 5k bulbs. They aren't perfect but pretty damn near, Im pretty sure that's the same seller and price I paid too.
Looks good, more pics! theretrofitsource.com is a great place to get all the bits and pieces you need, with the exception of the actual headlight housings.
285-75-16 with stock height components will give you good aesthetics and not throw off drivability. If your GF is miniature like mine she will still meed to jump to get in, I never get tired of seeing that.
Welcome, hope you have a good amount of disposable income, this can be pretty addicting ! Try your best to spend you energy and $ doing baselining first as Tyler93 mentioned. Do the really important stuff first before you go dumping a bunch of cash into tires, wheels, lifts etc. Get some pics...

This may not be the direction you are thinking of going, but if you want a serious upgrade in headlights and want to do it relatively inexpensively its not difficult to do at all.

I switched to Mobil 1 0W-40 about 15K/3 changes ago and have approx 1Qt consumption every 4000K or so. I'm thinking of going to 5W-30 because I can get it at Sam's Club cheap and it's the recommended weight, any thoughts?
They look like Depos with fasceted lens, the adapters are no big deal, expect to pay atleast another $50 a side for them, contact innovativewiring for them

I went to the local CarQuest with the over frame pipe and matched up a gasket from what they had in stock, would have been pretty nice to have one come with the kit. FYI - don't use the nuts and bolts that came with it unless you have no intention of removing it. I didn't notice the nuts...
