Front Double Cardan Driveshaft, 85 Pickup.

I have a front D-shaft from an 85 pickup for sale. Truck had 87k on it when removed with a 4" lift. I think I had it lengthened some for the lift but can't remember. Compressed measurement is roughly 26" and extended til the splines show is 30 1/4". Joints are solid as new. I only wheeled the truck once with this shaft.

$100 shipped anywhere in the lower 48.

"...Cardigan..."

I'm partial to pullovers myself... have any of those for sale?

;-)

Yes I do!! How much you willing to pay??!! Sorry, cardan!

Still have it? Do you know if the companion flange pattern is the same as a 60?

I do still have it but am not sure about the flange. I'm sure someone here knows or could tell you. Just let me know if you want it.

Thanks,
Wes

is it still available? Would it fit the front of an 80?

Jasper-I think it will, but I think you will need to drill out the holes on flange of the double cardan end to 11mm. The flange on the other end I believe is correct for 80 fronts.

I have a mini-truck front shaft as a spare and that's what I remember. You will need to get the length changed.

Ok, good. I can open the holes up to 11mm as long as it isn't hardened.
