Help on quick shock replacement (1 Viewer)

I need some quick advise!

I just discovered that my rear Bilstein 8740 has unthreaded itself and is likely screwed and Im leaving on a road trip in 2 days!

I put the shocks in about 4-5 years ago and a quick google search doesn't show anything readily available...

Truck has the OME lift... what rear shocks that are readily available fit with the lift??
