Hey I have an 81 pickup that according to the emmissions tests is running on basically straight gasoline. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this. I have tried fine tuning the carb but the engine doesn't seem to respond. Also my Truck won't idle right, which i think will be solved...

How'd you build that front bumper cowboy. Could you send me the plans/ design? I've been trying to find plans similar but can't find any.
