flasher is good, I have two now! The issue was the LED bulbs not drawing enough to activate the flasher.

An update for others who may undertake this job. I ended up pulling the hub and reseating the bearing races and inner oil seal which corrected the issue. Here are some pix with and without paint.

I checked the part num thread and searched the forums for this but can seem to find a source or even part number for a Aussie (Right Hand Drive) Brake master cylinder? I.e. the one with the ports on the left side of the cylinder. I would prefer not to have to reshape the lines to the other side...

OK, once again thanks for everyones input. Turns out the Fuel Water Separator sprung a leak. I replaced the stock FWS with a racor 445 and all seems to be working well. She is my DD so I guess I tend to be a little alarmist and jump to the worst possible scenario. Thanks Again
