@kirvesmies thanks for the help. I just did a bit more digging, and it looks like I need to find a type 2 inspection station, not type 6. Type 6 is for salvage vehicles. It seems that the truck just has to pass the safety inspection.

Does anyone know of a new replacement for the hatch lock? I have found these at NAPA for the ignition and front doors. Ignition Lock Cylinder Door Lock Kit If there is no replacement for the hatch, does anyone have another suggestion? Thanks for the help Rustic!

Has anyone ever had an issue where door locks and ignition seem to open/start with any key you put in there? My drivers door, ignition, and tailgate will work with pretty much anything i put in there. I talked to a locksmith and he quoted $150 per lock. I don't really have ~$750 laying around...
