I've established the the ECM has power. Would a bad sensor cause the Check Engine light to NOT to illuminate? (ignition on) With ECM powered, what other conditions would cause the Check Engine light to NOT to illuminate? (ignition on)

There is power at the B+ term! I'll check the crank sensor next.
