Has any body changed the oil in their supercharger yet? I want to change the oil in my wife's SC in her LX450 but don't want to use he wrong stuff. The local dealer told me that Canadan dealers can't get the right TRD oil. Apparently it is different stuff than the newer TRD SCs use.
Nope, it is all electric. The actuator is a great big servo.
I did get the lockers to lock but it was difficult to determine he exact speed. My guess is that it was around or maybe lightly above 5 mph.
The actuator checks out fine.
I topped up the brake fluid, no change.
I jumpered the diagnostic pins per the FSM and it gives a 'normal' code. Really fast flashes.
I checked the resistance of 2 of the pins on the actuator and they are 6.7 ohms (greater than 4.2 ohms).
I checked the stop light fuse, it is ok.
I unplugged...
