For those going to Tuttle could you please post if you ae bringing something to go with the chili. Club will provide bowls and utensils as usual. Looking for a more up to date count so we know how much to make. thank you

Reservations are made for the 5th and 6th. All sites have electricity but water hasn't been done yet.

I sent out an email to all members 2 days ago. You should have received it as I show it delivered.

Kelly did you mean Wednesday evening to wheel on Thursday? We only reserved for Fri and Sat. which is what we have done in the past with some of us going 1 day early and paying for that day.

I have reserved all 12 camping spaces for this meet at Fancy Creek for Nov. 6 and 7.

If I am counting right looks like 31 including kids.

Rob and I will bring our award winning chili for dinner one night. If some could bring cheese and chopped onions for toppings and maybe crackers that would be great.

Rob and I will bring the club coffee maker and coffee. Also paper plates, plastic ware, napkins, cups, serving utensils and what ever else I find in the storage bins that we can use.

I believe this will be our annual meeting. We are way past due on holding it.
