Ahhh, good idea. Will try that and see if it works…maybe a 1/4 - 1/2 inch shim? Have you done this?

Got some Farkles added this weekend, and the front of the body. had to do a 1.5” body lift to accommodate the rock sliders, cause the front fenders were not fitting. Still, when I look at the photo from the front, I feel the fenders are drooping a tad bit, but everything has lined up perfectly...

Also, BIG hurdle crossed this past weekend. Dropped in the Cummins R2.8 with H55 transmission. Really wasn’t that hard, especially having a pal with a mobile crane, lol. Wayyyyyy easier than using a cherry picker.

Bout to start tackling putting the R2.8 in my rig….wondering what you went with for radiator / intercooler for this set up ? Why so ? Likes/dislikes, any advice is greatly appreciated…..

Got the finished roll bar mounted. Not gonna lie, turned out better than I could have ever imagined.

Do you have a tuffy center Cole box on your set up ? If so, why did you go with narrow vs. xl?? I am worried that since I have a tuffy box, the XL won’t fit.

Took the finished/modded roll bar and coated it in raptor liner.

Doing some mods to the roll cage. Decided to add a steel roof instead of a bikini top after all the reviews of people really not liking them..happy how it turned out.

Doing some work on the roll cage…making some cool modifications. Also, got the Aqualau half doors on..married up quite nice.

Damn, those are not cheap….
