You are right Tom, the 3B housing does have 3 bolts. The EDIC system is still there. The PO put a new motor in as it did not have one and it works as advertised now.

Spectre, If by drivers side you mean left hand (this is an Australian RHD model), the front left fender is loose. The PO had started to do some repairs and has just bolted everything back together loosely.
