    Extended steel brake lines

Great question thank you. Looking for soft lines. All is good on the hardware side of things. Trying to weight pros and cons of braided vs no braided for my use and application. All I can do is take some measurements and go from there you’re right. Just looking for someone who had found a...

    Front speaker removal 1995 KZJ71

Lenny- I removed the passenger side via the glovebox, no big deal. The driver’s side is a pain. I can reach my hand through the a/c and heat ducting but no real way to get a wrench in there none the less a way to remove it. Did you remove the dash and go in from top or go through the bottom...

Builds A not so informative LJ78 'build' thread

Jimmy- I have a 1995 KZJ71. Will the LED lights fit all 70 Prado’s? How difficult was cracking the case and replacing the lights? Mine aren’t bad just dim. Also are there bulbs that backlight the temp control cluster? Either mine are burned out or there are not even any bulbs in the cluster.

KZJ71 fender flare nuts and gasket question

Good point. Just called my buddy and apparently I can just take it to Toyota as there are many of them still on the road in Japan. It will be coming back with me in 3 years. I’m somewhat new to the whole LC scene but the language barrier is a bitch.

KZJ71 fender flare nuts and gasket question

I have a 1995 KZJ71 JDM Prado in great shape. The prior owner tried wrapping it and removed the fender flare to do it. It appears that in his hasty attempt to reassemble the pieces he forgot to replace the gasket between the body and the fender. In addition he broke off the heads of about 80%...
