Getting slightly distracted. 07 TC. Guy offered to trade it for a motorcycle I was trying to get rid of. 137 on the clock and runs as is. 5spd. Working to change fluids, brakes, and a couple other small items.

The alternator has been making noise since the Potts run last year. Made a bunch more yesterday and stopped charging. Today it was seized up. New one on and ready to go.

One step closer to my triple locked dreams. Lockers, axles, and wiring ✅ Now I just need time and axle seals etc to rebuild the front and rear when they come apart

For stuff like that a welder is a lifesaver. Make sure you hold your breath when welding galvanized nuts

Not galvanized but the lighting sure made it look that way. But yes, galvanized steel is nasty stuff...

Small things matter, at least what I keep telling myself haha. It took a big nut but finally was able to get the plug out. Started the throttle linkage

Thanks. Trying to stay positive. Was the seller a scam artist? Maybe. All the s*** wrong with this thing could have been from any of the 5 previous owners too.. And had I known more / paid closer attention to things I probably wouldn't have...
