I'm in the same boat. I had a super hot spray almost hit me in the face from a crack the width of a quarter on the to plasic. I ordered a 3 row all aluminum a couple of days ago for a cool 200 from classic radiators on ebay. Wheeled it hard in 111 degree heat. No issues!
