I know this is an old thread but I was wondering if you ever got the truck avenger to fit on the 2f. I am in the process of building my own offset carb adapter to fit the 470 cfm truck avenger on my 40 because it wont clear the master cylinder.I am also running the offy dual plane intake.

i have done it on plenty of vehicles. you lay the ball bat on the tire and hold down as another person drives forward and as the tire turns it rolls it. it will take more than one pass but you get almost 3/4 inch of extra clearance and less chance of chewing up the side of your tire

I have the HEI DUI distributor and I run the NGK BPR6ES plugs gapped at .055 and it runs great

nice i had the same stickers made about 4 years back . i have mine about 4 inchs tall on each of the rear side glass. i did it to piss off my brother (he is a jeep guy) i keep telling him jeeps are for barbi.

I'm looking for an offenhauser 4 barrel intake for my 75 fj40 with the stock inline 6. if you have one for sale or have any information on it i would like to know. i have heard some good reviews about the offy daul plane but i would like to hear from people who have tried one.
