    I’m not sure what you mean by “not direct”. What pics and measurements do you need? Will I need to remove or trim the fan shroud? I’ve been experiencing high EGT’s since the rebuild and think this will help.

    Yeah, that’s the vacuum shut off. I always just reach in and shut the fuel off. It’s easier with my fat fingers.

    I haven’t seen this mentioned yet, you can shut the engine down by manually operating the fuel shut off leaver on the side of the pump.

    Hi, so the shop called some secret automotive engineering society and got the spec. I’ll post it here for all to see. 13BT valve recession, Intake .035”-.053” Exhaust .035”- .053” Cheers

    Hey everyone, I’m rebuilding my ‘88 13BT and the machine shop is asking for the valve recession spec. I can’t find anything in the service manual. Anyone have this info. Thanks
