Wondering if there’s any guides or videos out there detailing how to rebuild the rear third member with the factory locker?
I went through a river and my pinion seal blew sucking in a lot of river water... I didn’t realize this happened until I stopped about an hour later.

Do you have a way to check your engine temps? I was having the same issue at high altitudes, swapped canisters, it was hooked up right but still had a lot of venting. Fan clutch ended up being the culprit. Rebuilt it with 30k silicon oil and all the venting from the gas cap went away.
Cool little trick I learned, tilt your phone to landscape mode and it'll display sigs and location
I love my 80 but I'm really considering talking my wife into getting a 100 to play around with... I really miss having a V8...
Carry on....
Was about a quarter way up the windshield on mine... it was over in Moab on the Dolores River, I'd crossed it a dozen times but on this crissing the bottom gave out right before I reached the far bank. It got stuck with the nose submerged and the river flowing against the windshield, water...
I do all 5 also.... got 80k on my last set of BFGs. Then when I buy a new set, if I go with a different brand they'll match. Another benefit is this keeps your spare fresh as well.

I believe it's the other way around... If my odometer says I've gone 100 miles, I've actually gone 111.
My mpg decreased when I went with a larger tire. I was getting 16-17 pretty consistently with 33's but now get 14-15 with 35's.
It pretty much comes down to the fact that the bigger tires you have, the more you can do. You don't see competition buggies running 30" tires for a reason. That being said, you kinda need to know what kind of 4wheeling you want to do and size the tire appropriately.
I've gone from 31s to...
TrailDamage.com is a great site!

Ive see that 3 times also... hmm...
As For the KO2s they are an awesome tire, sidewalls are tough, good traction and quite. Can't go wrong with them in my opinion!
Just skip the 34" and go for the 315s and call it good!
