I have a 2 wd 95 Tundra, I use it to tow my boat and camper. I like it. it's an SR5 and does not have very many options. The rear window is great for backing up when towing and hearing anyone that is helping you. :cheers:

I have a 97 LC Collectors Edition (Locked). Pretty much the same as a 40th, except badging and NO two tone seats.

I would make sure it has lockers for that price.

Lucky I guess. In 1997 we were shopping for a 4runner. Top of the line would of ran us around 37k, and seated 5. Looked at ford expolders and said no way! Driving through Hemet I saw 8 white LC's at the dealership. I pulled in and asked to talk to the sales manager. I asked if he was willing...

I had one mounted on the trailer hitch. It worked but when I put on bigger tires (33's) the spare would not fit because of the wiring harness. So I have hidden mine up above the spare, in hopes to never tow anything ever again.

I set mine to the O-F-F position. Seems to work.:grinpimp:

We were out there in Nov. It was nice. Started on old dale road. Some of the trails to the south have washed out pretty badly, but nothing too bad. Golden egg mine (I think that is the name) is a neat place. picture is pre lift & tires.
