Yes, it comes with the pulley. So, the delete pulley is mounted to pm
So, I definitely have the original pivot bracket but not sure on the adjustment bracket. Wondering if the delete set up will work the pump.
So, that auto parts store hose was attached to the ACV as a way to rig it up after removing the smog pump. I ordered both OEM hoses to properly attach to the new smog pump. Sadly, the clips for these hoses are no longer made. Wondering if maybe SOR had them.
Ha! Yeah, it came from Montana. When looking for a Land Cruiser, I was dead set on this color and it was a one owner, plus it was super clean and unmolested. I jumped on it and had it shipped here to San Diego. I so appreciate all the help and insight on this.
So, upon further inspection, the previous owner removed the smog pump and replaced it with a smog delete pully. I already found a rebuilt pump on eBay and it's on the way. Hopefully that is the reason why there is no oxygen reading on the report. While I was down there, I noticed a vacuum line...
And here is the engine bay. All new exhaust, catalytic converter, egr gaskets and new J pipe, new exhaust manifold gaskets and new oil cooler. Fresh oil change, new oil pan and gasket.
I bought a 1984 FJ60 from out of state and it’s failed SMOG twice already. Now it’s blacklisted as a “gross polluter” and has be star certified moving forward. I’ve taken it to 2 different shops here in San Diego and nobody can seem to help. I’ve called around no one works on these old...
I live in San Diego and need to have my intake and exhaust manifold resurfaced or machined. I can't find any local shops nor does my mechanic know of anyone in the area. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. I wouldn't mind sending them somewhere close as well.
