Cool. Solid color choice. I'm going to repaint within the next couple years, but I think I will keep it Coronado Beige T451. It's apparently not that easy to match though? I have some areas of original paint still, so hopefully someone with a paint scanner can get it right.

But that's a later cruiser than 72 though, right? IIRC, those style doors are 1975 and newer

I think I got one to work once or twice. More often they just break off into the hole, leaving behind a bit of hardened steel

If anything, I think they should have made the cheapest version of the 250 available in more colors, and with a cheaper engine option that would allow for ~$45k choice. It's kind of annoying that you have to choose from the most boring colors possible to get a cheaper truck I like the look of...

It's a really beautiful rig, and is close to my heart as another 71 owner. It must be extremely difficult to let it go, but I also understand the limitations of maintaining such a period-correct example. I'm into keeping cosmetics essentially correct, but everything else is fair game.
