U saying that oil came out around the bolt... or did it come out from around the block to cooler mating surface (this surface also gets a good cleaning)?     When the area was opened back up to use after the Haymen fire the west side of the trail system (the west side of the river) was never reopened for use... IMO the management, default to closing an area because it's less work for them but I also understand because of things I've seen myself...

    A Snorkels primary use is not for water crossing, I try not to go into water deep enough to make said needed, it is to draw in the higher cool air above the vehicle and dust getting kicked up on the trail. My air intake temperatures with a snorkel are significantly lower then without one.

    I'd never use that stuff unless I was in an emergency situation like trying to get back home while being on a trip or something. That stuff also plugs up everything else, like your heater core, if your going to make something reliable for your daughter then fix it right and put in the work...
