have used the Costco model to fill my 35" tires up for about a year. To go from 20 PSI to 35 PSI it takes ~ 30-35 min. The thing also gets really hot! I think the 39" would probably kill it unless you honor it's duty cycle which means you would probably be waiting a long time. I just threw...
