Probably neither one. My cruiser has never been wheeled hard, and it still looks pretty good, so my plan for now is to keep it as original and "pristine" as possible. If I want to go serious wheelin' I can just take the Blazer, it's already built for it, and it has enough "character" already...

I recently went through my brakes (1987 FJ60) and bought everything I needed from the local Advance Auto Parts store. New rotors, brake shoes and pads, rear wheel cylinders, brake hardware and springs, and remanufactured calipers. Prices were very reasonable. Everything fit and so far is working...

My 1987 FJ60 has 195,000 miles on it. I have run Shell Rotella T 15W-40 (not synthetic), changed every 5,000 miles, since I bought it in 1988. The engine still uses no oil, the oil pressure still reads right at the high end of the range even at idle, and when I pulled the valve cover to adjust...
