Just got the rims that Beno recommended: 42601-60262-03 Discount tires won’t mount 33’s or 255/85/16. Was hoping not to lose 2” off the height and not to go super skinny with 235/85/16.... are there any other options?

The shop we towed it to is all purpose and the first stop until we can get it to a Toyota specific shop in Loraine. At that shop he has worked on several Cruisers. Died = a mechanic placed cover on the PCV valve which made the pressure build and blow out through other means. Oil pressure...

Thanks for the help. The FJ died en route. Getting it towed to a shop to get it fixed in all the ways you described and will probably walk out thousands of dollars lighter... but he sure is nice and worth it. You live and you learn.

Shook it and it rattled. Decent amount of pressure coming out of the engine. Will change out the hoses. Have to find a good shop in Winston-Salem, NC. Any suggestions?

This appears to be where the oil is pushing out from. The PCV valve? Oil is on the underside of the hood and running down. 240,000 miles. Complete engine rebuild about 40,000 miles ago. Didn't pay a bunch and previous owner has documentation of all work. No priori issues. Mechanic is putting a...
