The measurements were a big help thanks. It’s 1 foot shorter than stock and half an inch less deep but the steel is 3x as thick. It’s so cool to be NOS Con-Ferr but I’m gonna have to pass.
When I went out to take measurements I remembered my dad and I pounding the stock bumper straight...
I just got home but waiting til it gets under 125 degrees in the garage to measure my current bumper. Hard to replace the stock one since my rig is fairly original. But OTOH it has lots of Con-Ferr parts so thought it might need another.
I got my Saginaw adapter and pulley from Georg @ Valley Hybrids on Thursday and churched it up a bit before throwing a coat of black paint on everything. Decided while I was in there to replace all the front cooling hoses and other belts and got to drive it last night. Very impressed with the...
From what I understand, the FJ60 gear box has a 17x1.5 high pressure fitting which I'm having a difficult time locating - except one ebay seller who has an adapter to -6AN.
I think converting 16x1.5 o-ring to 16x1.5 flare (as are found on the later Saginaw pumps) with a small brass flare...
I've heard from two sources - a speed shop tech and Georg - that they're just threading the Toyota M16x1.5 inverted flare hose into the 5/8"-18 (M15.8x1.4) inverted flare Saginaw pump.
Of course Man-A-Fre says you need to purchase $160 in hoses and AN adapters instead.
Thanks 4Cruisers - I got a PM yesterday from a member who should have what I need so don't go to too much trouble photographing yours - but I'll certainly let you know if I still need 1 or all. thanks
I’m interested in the red rear marker light, any/all vent ducting if you have it, the fuse door, the center plastic climate control surround if you have it and possibly all the door cards.
Shipped to 85024
Thanks.
For some reason, my truck is missing some of the ducting. I think I need 3 pieces: the drivers side from the center to the vent elbow and the two pieces behind the passenger side dash (above the glove box).
Please help me get my ducts in a row - it’s getting hot here.
