Hmmm. I arranged things with the selling GM dealer for Duggy’s shop to do an inspection. I was then told by the dealer very shortly thereafter that the car was sold before I could try to work out a sale with them.... I sure hope I didn’t pay for someone else’s inspection & then lost the car on...

IMHO, the seller would need to invest in bringing the interior up to the level of the rest of the rig & somehow procure a CA BAR sticker to make it 50 state legal. Then you'd have an outside shot at $35-40 from SF Bay Area or LA. A very nice vortec swap in CA is ~$20k + 6 mths of patiently...

Is this a 50 state conversion (i.e. CA legal)?
