Let me preface this question with the statement that I know little about carbs. My 77 FJ40 with a weber 38 carb will not start. I confirmed that fuel is being delivered to the carb. I then notice the butterfly valve is stuck closed and will not open. How do I fix this? Thanks. Dave L.
