front is unlocked and crank pulley bolt is good. I'm at a loss. Any chance that air is trapped in the high pressure line where it turns to come back up to go in to the top of the steering box?
So an update on my power steering issue. I have now replaced the power steering pump, the steering box, high and low pressure lines and flushed the fluid in the system. I jacked up the front end and checked to see if anything was locked up or binding (tie rod, drag link)
everything moves freely...
