Maybe. Try loosening the 3 big screws on the striker, it'll move a little bit. You can get to the hinge bolts easily enough if you need bigger adjustments
Take the 14mm cap off that sits above the fuel inlet. From there, You can tap on the float needle with a paper clip to make sure gas is getting into the carb.

Figured it was time to fix some of the Rubithon carnage. Looks like I scraped some paint off the rear driveshaft, might have bumped into a rock or something. Fortunately I had 1/2 a can of color matched spray paint.
