I have a '77 2F Toyota Landcruiser without Smog and was looking for better gas mileage than the 10 mpg I'm getting out of my Weber 32/36. I'm thinking that a Rochester (or even Carter) 1 bbl would help. Does anyone know what kind of gas mileage I could get out of these? And the model number...

Has anyone tried out a 1 bbl Rochester carburetor (or Carter) on a FJ40 Series? I have a '77 FJ40 motor with no smog and I am currently getting 10 mpg using a Weber 32/36. I know that I can get better mileage out of it than this. https://forum.ih8mud.com/images/smilies/bounce.gif
