what is jbm winch? Is it a PTO?

please email me to if you find an extra one. I wanted a PTO for a long, long tiem but the prices are so high. I saw one on ebay for over $400. I saw a hole winch and pto for much much higher.

i find patch panels from the beds of pickup trucks can work welll for rusty floor boards some junkyards near me let me cut and pull parts from older trucks before they go to crusher if your floors are bad (your pictures dont help much) you might want to try my suggestion
