Clean up complete - and installed a window molle panel for storage options - next job get the rear shelf setup back in when carpets fully dry.. I wasn’t going to do both sides but I think i will now - got a deal on them! -

Took forever to restitch (4+ hours), but restitched my steering wheel in perforated alcantara. Thought I ordered full alcantara, but oh well. Let’s see how long this lasts. TRD colors and stitching add +5 HP easy.

Great for towing, engine braking, holds longer/higher pressure=runs cooler, crisper shifting. More robust all around.

Yes you can remove right and left axles at same time. It is advised to lock the front differential if you have factory electric lockers to prevent dog collar from dropping out of alignment. Those are tie rod ends or TRE. Relay rod, tie rod...

Dry ice cleaning followed by laser and coated the axles. Next up, PDR. Any recommendations for the wheel wells now that it's stripped clean? Not sure what used to be there... was thinking rubberized undercoating?

Fyi. I bought an AC Delco and the plunger gear would not retract and made a grinding/screeching sound(fly wheel). Replaced it with Denso $164 and all is good.

Replaced the starter with one I had in a parts box. Replaced the negative terminal with new crimped ends and block. Fingers crossed while knocking on wood that this fixes my multi-key-turn odd starting issue.
