Bell, is about ready to go to exhaust, working with a new shop. After that it is off for AC hoses and charge, a few loose ends and it is done here. Off to body shop and the interior shop. I am really liking this wheel and tire combo on this truck.

We have been getting Leon and Bell closer to the finish line. Both are longer term projects and both are 60 body on 80 frame. Leon, Getting into all the under hood wiring. Mounting under hood sections of the Eaton Lockers, then main motor and...

This is a lost cause truck. Sell it and get a better foundation. You’ll spend a mortgage fixing this truck.

You should have started with the Ad. It appears that it has factory lockers (dash switch). I think I can see the front locker, but not the rear locker. You definitely want to confirm that it has locked axles and that they work. It has a...

When I owned my 2002 Tacoma, the rear frame rails had similar damage, cost me 6500.00 and the truck was never right after (The bed lines were rough, and the distance between the bed and cab were off as well). Looking back I should've bought a...

Nobody is saving that. Unless something attaches you to this particular rust bucket, you're MUCH better off getting a different one.

Representing ONSC out in Montana. One week of volunteer work helping out the forest service. That post pounder is one heavy sucker, well over 100 pounds. Plus the generator and the 25 foot hydraulic lines. Hauled it all around the forest. Put...

How about this: my Dad bought a Märklin train set for my brother and me when he was stationed in Germany in 1954. Still have the locomotives and rolling stock and they still run well. The layout has changed over the years but locomotives are...

Them there were the good old days. As kids living the good life in Florida, while my dad was a lineman out in all the hurricanes repairing the power. And in his spare time trying to dig a bombshelter because we lived south of Miami during the...

Their Rusty Metal Primer "Red Lead" without the lead is great stuff. I have gouged sliders and bumpers primed with that stuff and the gouge will rust but nothing past the edge of the primer, for years. When I lived up north and in the Keys a...

I’ve used some rustoleum enamel spray paint with good results on the undercarriage sensitive parts.

Don't think i've ever been sadder for a musicians death that I can remember. Lots of great ones to me have passed in my time Kurt, Layne, Chris, Chester, Dimebag, Tupac, Lemmy etc...... but none of them came close to touching the star that is...

Sad but true. Look back at ball games, races, any crowd scenes from the 70s and 80s. It's what and how we eat at the base. Look at the "hot" women of the time, pre plastic surgery boom. They all look the same now, big boobs, butt, lips and...

Damn another good one gone while us jokers are still around. Only met Tim a handful before we moved and most of our talk actually centered around beer. I helped him track down a few he was looking for. Funny enough we talked more through the...

Shout out to @Cirbo. Days from moving and with a half-packed shop, he nonetheless helped Luke this weekend tackle a roll bar project on his speedster. We never would have figured it out. Stay tuned for future race updates.

I don't think EV matters in this regard. Modern vehicles are extremely difficult to keep on the road. EV, Gasoline, or diesel They just have too many fail points

Built or bought, real or not, does it really matter? We are all here because we are car guys and girls and the focus here is on Land Cruisers. We all have our specific tastes and if most are like me they evolve with time. Specifically, I agree...
