trans help Is the A440F trans from a 1988 62 series the same as a 1991 A440F? Same engine, but different transfer my question is will they inter- change or do they have different rear shaft size or splines?

Need help, I just changed out the engine in my 91 3fe lc, like for like. I starts and idles great but now there is no trans response at all. It has fluid and the at cable is ajusted to speck everything is hooked up and yes the torque converter is bolted to the fly wheel. Now the trans worked...
