UPDATE: That plug pictured is for the Headlight Cleaner Control Relay, which my LX does not have.

Does anyone know what that connector is pictured at the start of this thread? It's not for the condenser fan relay, as it only has 4 wires, or at least on a 2000 LX470. Blue, Blue-Red, Black-Yellow, Black Red. I was having the same issue, and this thread definitely helped. Found the relay...
