    (Solved) 2004 Lexus LX470 Driver Wheel Rubbing on Outer Tie Rod

    It looks like you have a passenger side outer tie rod end on the driver's side. The tie rod ends have a small bend cast into them to clear the wheel and yours is clearanced the wrong way.

    Rebuilt the knuckles, UCAs, lower ball joints, brake lines, brake hoses, calipers, wheel speed sensors, wheel bearing repack, etc. Alignment tomorrow.
