So…going to replace the MG CLT relay but could use some help getting to it. How do you access the under side of the board?

Most likely for a second capacitor for “noise” suppression (electrical). It should show up on the electrical schematics.

It's worth the time to drop the motor (all of 3 bolts) and disassemble the motor and knock the crap/junk that accumulated in the motor housing. The brushes can be a bit of a challenge to put back in but you'll figure that out. With a little luck you'll get another 12 months out of the heater.

Inside and covered (winters)

Washer motor is always powered. The wire to the wiper switch from the pump is hot. The circuit is complete at the wiper switch when you turn the knob and the switch provides the ground. Check the wire from the pump to the switch for an unintended ground.

Used Summit to transport the 2 pigs and the 40 from Chicagoland to northern Vermont. Went off without a hitch. Picked up and delivered on time by a dedicated 3 vehicle trailer. No damage or drama along with what I consider a reasonable rate.

You will feel a “click” when it resets

There are 2 circuit breakers both in the fuse panel on the DS of the lower dash. Small cylinderical metal with a hole on tje top

Sold Ming today to a long time cruiserhead. Going to be a father and son project. Sad to see Ming go but happy to see who bought it.

I can get photos this afternoon - it needs a wash. Yes - we are the original owners. Ming was purchased from Nugent Toyota in Crystal Lake which is now Pauly Toyota. Ming was my wife's DD for 19 years. We still have the Mulroney sticker and receipts dating back to 89.
