No fuel at pressure regulator,but at cold start and intake to fuel line there is . No start issue on 1991 Land Cruiser.efi good,Disy good new cap,rotor plugs,wires.Coil, igniter when spec.air flow meter specs out.Throttle body tests within specs. New computer Toyota .suggestios?

Yes I always moved people away from the cable and put a blanket over it.
