Oh man, as always you are my hero! So i am thinking that it is the turbo pressure sensor. I have checked the hoses between the throttle body and the sensor and replaced one and put new hose clamps on. No issues in that system. I had the intake side apart to check the turbo fans and shaft play...

No power at any rpm/gear. i just tried to drive up and down the driveway and barely made it...not the waste gate actuator. No strange noises at all and the engine runs perfectly just doesnt provide power.

Glad to hear you had success. im going to just oil te heck out of it. white lithium grease is a great idea too, it doesnt get hard or freeze. ive had issues with no speedo when it gets really cold. hopfully all will be solved.
