edit: big thanks to everyone that put so much detail into this thread (and the sub threads that got merged into this one), I definitely see the root cause looks like a crappy fuse holder/connection.

Had this issue...
Labour to get to the starter or the knock sensors is the same. Once there, removing the starter is a sub 1 hour job. I replaced a knock sensor (it disintegrated) and a knock sensor connector (aftermarket plug, depinned the wires). I also found a mouse nest in the valley where the starter and...
The centre one is on a different circuit than the rest so you’ll need to track down the circuit and check its fuse. There is a photo on here somewhere from my fuse box where I jumpered live instead of Aux power to the rest of the lighter plugs.
Two screws into the plastic that you can’t really see. Mount effectiveness depends more on the location/type of metal on the phone or phone case. I use an old school Scosche metal plate stuck to my phone case and it works pretty good. Be careful about where you locate the metal plate as it...
I use an old school magnet mount that has two screws into the button blank on the right side of the centre console stack. So old that it came with a 2” adhesive metal plate to mount to your phone (mine is glued to the back of my phone case, my wife’s just floats between the phone and the case)...
I ended up finding a mouse nest underneath the intake. Two or three broken connectors as I went (no real way to predict which ones though) plus a knock sensor that disintegrated.
I’m running a set of 275-70/18 BFg K02s on older tundra wheels but no spacers. Haven’t had any rubbing issues but I don’t really do much off roading with our beast.
Muffler part cost can be found on Rock Auto. 4 bolts on the front (flanged pipe connection), two new exhaust gasket donuts. Back is a slip joint that can be a bear to separate (basically 3” behind the muffler) if rusted together (like on my first Walker replacement). Could be a <1 hour job or 3...
I tow our 18’ travel trailer with ours. Fine on the flats, dog slow 2nd gear pulls up some of our not too steep hilly/mountain terrain. Last windy segment was sub-8mpg, usually get 8-10mpg average. Weight is in the 3800lb range.
Anyone have a link or part number for the bushings pressed into the rear sway bar ends (where the sway bar link bolt goes through). Noticed mine are very worn when I replaced the sway bar links last month trying to fix my (now obvious) broken Bilstein shaft clunk.
Thanks.
I’ve done the passenger rear three times now - once to replace the stocks with bilsteins, once to reattach the mount that unthreaded from the shaft and this last time two weeks ago to install a warranty replacement after the shaft broke at the threaded mount. The first two times sucked, this...
Have you cursed lots on the rears? They suck big time. Even with flatsfora wrench for the easy side (Bilstein) and a ratcheting box wrench for the top nut, pulling the passenger shock upper nut was very frustrating. I basically got 3 clicks at a time with the box wrench and had to add a second...
