I like(d) the idea of a kit. I talked with the upholstery shop owner about them, and they do install them - no hate for the kits. But for the extra few hundred bucks (front and middle rows, arm rests, center console) and knowing it'll be perfect...
Also consider supporting local, US based products with your money.

Just FYI, you can remove the speaker cover by just removing the lower perimeter plugs and bolts then prying the bottom apart and from there you can access the 3 screws or nuts that hold the speaker cover onto the door card.

The GROM does everything - Apple CarPlay, keeps the terrestrial radio stations, retains that 120p resolution screen. The only problem with the GROM is it's STILL glitchy. They shoot out updates (a lot) to fix glitches. But it's still glitchy...
I got SPCs when they were cool. That was 100,000 miles ago. I wouldn't complain if they were great until now; they've kinda sucked most of the time - transitioning from squeaky to bangy (sorry for the technical terms).
