I have a 94' 80 series that when it gets to operating temperature the oil light intermittently comes on and then turns off. For the last couple months that it's been doing this I have been checking the oil levels EVERYTIME before I start it up just in case. The oil level on the dip stick has...
This is a 1/4 ton custom overlanding trailer/camper. I love this thing. It will go ANYWHERE your rig goes. The trailer is equipped with the following.
• Brand new Toyo Open Country M/T tires ($400 a piece).
• A ROAM Vagabond RTT (used 4 times). These retail for $2,200 on roamadventureco.com...

I would love a diesel. Unfortunately I do not have the know how to do that myself or the funds to pay someone else to do it $$$. I think I have what I need here state side.
This is the EXACT problem I want to solve. I've got 4 little girls, a wife, gear, 2 RTTs, and a small trailer I'm hauling. Not to mention a front bumper, rear bumper, spare tire, etc...
You and @White Stripe are making total sense. You better stop. Are you saying I should drive an 80 with an...
I have a couple other commuters. The Cruiser only really gets out when its adventure time. It's got about 300k miles on it so I try to conserve miles when I can. I would love another go fast car but the LC is claiming all my funds right now. I really only have time to have 1 hobby vehicle.
