One nice thing about having a RHD truck: all kinds of room to work on the left side of the engine bay. I can literally just reach down and grab the oil filter with my hand...although I usually opt for a filter wrench.

The trick is to install the shroud and fan at the same time. Put the fan in the shroud and then install it as an assembly. Take some thick cardboard and cover the radiator to prevent damage to it during this phase.
