Mine does not work either with the key fob. However, my key works great. Try some lubricant in the lock or access the mechanism as in the video above and see what you find. Not difficult to do, take pics if needed so you know how to put it back. Thought I had some pics .

Hi everyone, I’m thinking of refinishing the wood on the steering wheel. I’m planning on stripping it and putting a 50/50 mix of varnish and mineral spirits for ease of application. Has anyone refinished their steering wheel? What was your procedure? Thanks

Good morning everyone, I’ve never had to remove this before but after leaving the windows down and a down pour I’m drying the car out. Is this a plastic nut or do you pry it up? Don’t want to break it, it’s my wife’s car and she’s already asking if she’s getting another one. Thanks
