What running boards are those? 200 series?

Who is using this for Bluetooth calling? We have one installed and can’t seem to get good audio from the mic for the folks on the other end of the line. Any tips on mic placement? Ours is in the factory mic location.

I had the windshield replaced last week and suspect the trim wasn’t installed correctly based on new wind noise. Any recommendations for installers in the Fort Worth/west side area?
