Yes, I have tried this cadence too with no luck. I am starting to wonder if it’s disabled in the configuration.

Ok this was worth a shot too. Also did not get this to work with either of my fobs. I took a video to see the cadence of the timing. Let me see if I can upload it. Grateful for the input of mud.

I have tried to find the secret to using the remote start on an ‘09 LX. I believe these were port installed so there is no documentation in the 700+ page manual. Both the driver window and passenger window have a sticker that says “this vehicle is equipped with a Lexus remote engine starter”...

Thanks all. I realized that I didn’t need to pull the pin to access the broken handle. Once I took the pressure off the spring I was able to get a good look at it. I am not hopeful but it was worth a shot.

My door handle has broken and I am going to try to epoxy it. I have the assembly out but can’t make out how to remove this pin. With the pin removed it seems I will have access to the handle for repair. Any thoughts?

Sadly no lockers. But there is plenty to love about this rig and tons of work to do in the meantime. Likely replacing the LSPV this weekend and then spend my time on the ignition and fuel system. Parts are all in, just need the time.
