I had a local fabricator make me this after seeing this thread a while back. Except mine is on the driver's side for better visibility out of the passenger's side.
I spoke too soon. The OFF light stayed off until I started driving. Then it came right back on. I've completely removed the compressor and tank so everything is unplugged. I'm back to where I started.
I've often thought about something along these lines. But the lack of a volume knob and temp buttons is a big no from me. I just made my own phone mount along the lines of one made by Owl Expedition. Where you remove the cassette guts and use those mounting points to attach it. The phone mount...
Since I've seen a lot of people have removed the tank and compressor, I decided to unplug it. If I unplug those 2 connectors and leave the TEMS fuse in place, I get no lights! No more flashing OFF light!. If I pull the TEMS, I get VSC TRAC, VSC OFF, and traction control lights.
So maybe...
I've gotten used to the OFF light, just find it very weird why some GXs do this and some don't. My theory has been that some part of the air suspension system runs thru the ECU on older 470s. But I really have no idea.
The gauge cluster was replaced at Lexus in 2016 so I'm not gonna be...
Yes that would be great!
Under the hood I've pulled the AIRSUS fuse and relay. This result I get the flashing OFF light. Also pulling the TEMS fuse in the cabin gives me the many lights.
I've done as much research as I can but can't really seem to find the answer. So we lift our GXs, removing the air suspension and pull the 3 fuses/relay. EXCEPT, if I do that many many lights come on. I have to leave the TEMS fuse in and then the only light I get is the flashing "OFF" light...
Here's my simple solution. I got bored one Sunday and decided to make this. I spent less than $2 on screws, I had everything else laying around. Couldn't think of a way to make an unobtrusive latch, so I drilled an extra hole in each washer to pull it tight
As Archangel pointed out, it is custom built by Bash Fabrication in West Columbia, SC. I loved the way it turned out. Most bumpers seem to stick out a lot and that high and tight look is awesome to me.
I found these from Owl Expedition. They look awfully close to the factory fog connectors. If not, I'll cut the factory connector and use this. Rami from Owl was quick to respond to my email inquiry also.

It seems every aftermarket sway bar link for lifted GXs are 1" longer than stock. So are 3rd gen 4Runner links. That's what I used for my 3" Dobinsons IMS lift. Got them from Rockauto cheap. To be fair, I haven't had a chance to offroad them yet.
