I have checked the splines and they are as perfect as new ! Checked the teeth that connect with the clutch sleeve on Low and Hi Gears - they are also normal... Anything alse ?

Not at all ... Every lever is not moving at all, but the drive just clicks, stops giving power, and on the next click gives and so ... Really i can find it and it just blows my mind...

First thank you are... prado t : i have changed the 2wd/4wd vacuum to lever type, it is from my point of view not the problem there... Cruiser70 - it is not the hubs, i have check them. It is not only the front axle that looses torque but both rear and front... something like , as i wrote down...

Hello to all... So... i have this 70 series 2.4 TD toyota.. with R151 Transfer case and it has a problem which i cannot find to repair... When getting lot's of power the t-case just clicks and on the next moment there is no power given to the wheels and at the next there is like hard push on it...

You might need some offset rims... But the height is an issue cause the radius is bigger and due to the turning pivot it might get touching the chasis... test it... If they touch.. offset rims or spacers...

The 32' will fit with no problem , but when turning they might contact with the chasis. Easy test, make full turn on wheels ( left or right...) and measure from now's wheels +1 inch in diameter and you will see if they contact on turns... With 33' Jungle trackers, the tires contact also with...

We had the same issue with the project car that we build... Your T-case is R151, and as far as i was looking over the net for adapters and so... i did not find a single thing that could help me. We did a huge mod on the standard R151 to fin inside 7:1 low gears and a second PTO, but i can tell...

Thanks all... We need that change cause we are swapping the 1.3 engine to 4.2 Ford engine with Autotrainy and the drive shaft is a little too close with toyota r151 t-case. We will have in front Full Hydro steering so... tie rods are out of the way ! Tomorrow we will make the swap and crossing...

From my experience and the problems we had with 2LT engine , 1 tooth difference is possible, 2 will get the engine bad but still little smoke + lack of power, on the 3th tooth - no power, lots of smoke but still running. If as you said the Bolt is shattered and gear is moving, all possible...
