    I have checked the splines and they are as perfect as new ! Checked the teeth that connect with the clutch sleeve on Low and Hi Gears - they are also normal... Anything alse ?

    Not at all ... Every lever is not moving at all, but the drive just clicks, stops giving power, and on the next click gives and so ... Really i can find it and it just blows my mind...

It is not only the front axle that looses torque but both rear and front... something like , as i wrote down...

When getting lot's of power the t-case just clicks and on the next moment there is no power given to the wheels and at the next there is like hard push on it...

    You might need some offset rims... But the height is an issue cause the radius is bigger and due to the turning pivot it might get touching the chasis... test it... If they touch.. offset rims or spacers...

    Thanks all... We need that change cause we are swapping the 1.3 engine to 4.2 Ford engine with Autotrainy and the drive shaft is a little too close with toyota r151 t-case. We will have in front Full Hydro steering so... tie rods are out of the way ! Tomorrow we will make the swap and crossing...
