Hi, I have a Bundera RJ70, according to Marks4WD it has setup like this:

Engine: 4-cylinder 2.4 litre 22R, petrol engine.

Gearbox:
5-speed manual and is the same as the Toyota Hilux G52 5-speed. The gear ratios are are as follows;
1st 3.928:1, 2nd 2.333:1, 3rd 1.451:1, 4th 1:1. 5th .851:1, reverse 4.743:1

Transfer Case;
The transfer case is the same as the Toyota Land Cruiser split transfer case and is part time 4WD with a 38mm idler shaft and a low range ratio of 2.276:1.

So as I understand it the engine and tranny is the same as hilux but the transfercase not, is this only because the rear driveshaft on the hilux is centermount and on the budera on the passenger side or are there other differencies?

The main question is if it's possible to put a doubler in front of it?

I understand AA sells a lot of different transmission adapters and I've read plenty about V8 installs. Will this case if mated with doubler (if possible of course) hold up to that power. (I understand the standard transmission will not)

Any information where to find information about different toyota TC would be appreciated aswell

From your manual box to Hilux doubler is available, its the doubler (Hilux) to the split transfer case which is the troublesome bit. The lads in the States don't see these too often. I believe Marlin Crawlers have one but its not priced on the website.

2 options come to my mind ..

1. swap rear axle and put a hi lux centered .. then run double hi lux t-cases

2. make your own adapter plate to adapt the back of the hi lux t-case to your t-case ..

I'll be running HDJ80 axles both front and rear, so a Hilux combo is not an option, I considered this some time ago

I thought maybe the transfer case in my rig had the same bolt pattern as the hilux case since they use the same transmission, but I reckon the transmission bolt pattern is different even though it's the "same" transmission. Otherwise there wouldn't have been any problem, right?

I have never pulled the transmisson and transfer case apart so I don't have any experience what so ever of these. I'm also fairly new to Toyotas. Making my own adapter would be interesting but for the time being this is my DD so it won't be possible until my chevy is back on the road.

Good thing about 80 rear it's not that offseted .? ( not sure if it's the right term ) but the 3rd it's much more at the center compared to other ( older ) land cruiser Rears ..

Is the reduction unit from a Hilux strong?
What kind of power can it handle?

We had the same issue with the project car that we build...
Your T-case is R151, and as far as i was looking over the net for adapters and so... i did not find a single thing that could help me.
We did a huge mod on the standard R151 to fin inside 7:1 low gears and a second PTO, but i can tell you , this is no thing to start working on if you don't have the right engineers and machines...
The t-case is now mounted on 4.2 V6 Ford F150 Engine ( around 240 HP), but we still have some minor work on it and later on i can tell you will it hold on to that power or not but in my 10 years offroading i have only seen 1 t-case that have broken down.

I now decided (I think) to get rid of the toyota split case and use a transfercase from a volvo with portals, FD51. In front of it I will have a Toyota lowrange gear unit (same as used when building doublers). Since there of course is no adapter available I will have to build my own so here comes the question:

Does anyone have a drawing of the boltpattern or any other useful information for this build. Both front and rear of the reduction unit is of interest since I haven't decided what transmission (or enginge for that matter) to use yet.
