bad, but not unsafe bad. you should get busy on wire wheeling and treating the underside with Woolwax or Fluidfilm promptly though. what do the insides of the c-channels look like?

Check the C-channels inside the frame at the rear. You will have to crawl under to get a worthwhile photo.

So the air angle grinder did 90%. The burring bit did the other. I feel like it should have been larger. Maybe a 2" round flap sander would work better. Like this, so the diameter would be bigger than tool so you could hold it flat...

A little of everything. Mostly air tools as the other is too big. A little at a time and recheck.
